Computer Analyst
Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities:
- Strong communication skills - ability to communicate clearly and effectively with external customers as well as internal stakeholders and development team
- Analytical skills - ability to evaluate complex business problems and recommend or design robust solutions
- Writing skills - ability to clearly document technical processes and to translate complex technical language into simple, customer-friendly language
- Strong attention-to-detail, organizational skills, and time management skills
- Comfortable working with GSuite and Microsoft Office
Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities:
- Degree in Math, Science, Engineering, or Computer Science Preferred
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum practices
- Experience with project management
- Experience with SQL and business intelligence analysis
- Familiar with web development and user acceptance testing
- Able to conduct meetings and lead discussions
- Understanding of basic UI/UX design best practices
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
- Analysis Skills: 1 year (Preferred)
- SQL: 1 year (Preferred)
- Google Suite: 1 year (Preferred)
- Business Intelligence: 1 year (Preferred)
