Computer Analyst

Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities: 

  • Strong communication skills - ability to communicate clearly and effectively with external customers as well as internal stakeholders and development team
  • Analytical skills - ability to evaluate complex business problems and recommend or design robust solutions
  • Writing skills - ability to clearly document technical processes and to translate complex technical language into simple, customer-friendly language
  • Strong attention-to-detail, organizational skills, and time management skills
  • Comfortable working with GSuite and Microsoft Office

 Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities: 

  • Degree in Math, Science, Engineering, or Computer Science Preferred
  • Familiar with Agile/Scrum practices
  • Experience with project management
  • Experience with SQL and business intelligence analysis
  • Familiar with web development and user acceptance testing
  • Able to conduct meetings and lead discussions
  • Understanding of basic UI/UX design best practices

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Analysis Skills: 1 year (Preferred)
  • SQL: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Google Suite: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Business Intelligence: 1 year (Preferred)
